Two Ball Birch

Here is my Birch baking. . . errrr. . . blocking in the HOT Arizona sun.

After threading the stainless steel welding rods through the edges, I taped it to the rail

I used two balls of Madil's Kid Seta - #460, the orange and #830, the hot pink. 230 yards per ball. 70% super kid mohair and 30% silk.

You can't see it but I cast off the last 50 stitches with one ply of orange Shetland.

The pattern is in Rowan 34.

Did a crocheted cast-on and did SSK instead of k2togtbl.


Here is the unblocked version hanging on the biggest of the sunflowers in front of the shop :-)
